1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Coined.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Coined.fun. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

Coined.fun is a community-driven meme coin crowdfunding platform built on the BNB Chain blockchain. Users can submit meme coin ideas, contribute $2.50 in BNB to fund them, and receive equal token allocations if the funding target is reached.

4. Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for their submissions. By submitting a meme coin, you confirm that your submission does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, does not impersonate any real person without consent, is not defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal, and complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The $5 submission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. No Endorsement

The presence of any name, image, or likeness on this platform does not imply endorsement by that person or entity. Coined.fun does not verify or endorse any meme coin submissions.

6. Financial Risk Disclosure

Meme coins are highly speculative and volatile digital assets. Contributing to a meme coin on this platform involves significant financial risk including total loss of contributed funds. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. Only contribute amounts you can afford to lose entirely.

7. Contributions and Refunds

Each contribution is $2.50 in BNB at the time of transaction, consisting of a $2.00 escrow portion and a $0.50 platform fee. If a meme coin does not reach its funding target, contributors may claim a refund of the $2.00 escrow portion from their dashboard; the $0.50 platform fee is non-refundable. This refund mechanism depends on the smart contract functioning as designed — in the rare event of a bug, exploit, or vulnerability, Coined.fun cannot guarantee the refund will be retrievable, and is not liable for such losses (see Section 8, Smart Contract Risk). Once a meme coin launches, contributions are non-refundable in full.

8. Smart Contract Risk

This platform interacts with smart contracts on the BNB Chain blockchain. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Coined.fun is not liable for any losses resulting from smart contract failures, blockchain network issues, or wallet errors.

9. Platform Rights

Coined.fun reserves the right to remove any meme coin submission at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, legal requirements, or community reports. The platform may modify these terms at any time.

10. No Liability

Coined.fun, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. As a decentralized blockchain platform, Coined.fun operates globally and is not domiciled in any single jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
