1. What We Collect

We collect your wallet address when you connect a wallet, contribute to a meme, or submit a meme. We do not collect your name, email, or other personal identifying information unless you voluntarily contact us. We also collect standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, device type) through Vercel's hosting infrastructure, and use hCaptcha to detect bots, which may process limited browser data during verification.

2. Blockchain Data Is Public

Any transaction you make — contributing, claiming tokens, or refunds — is recorded permanently and publicly on the BNB Chain blockchain. This data is not controlled by Coined.fun and cannot be deleted, modified, or hidden by us once it is on-chain. Your wallet address and transaction history are inherently public to anyone who looks them up.

3. How We Use Off-Chain Data

Wallet addresses and contribution records stored in our database are used solely to display accurate progress, contributor counts, and dashboard information back to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party infrastructure to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting and analytics), hCaptcha (bot protection), and the BNB Chain network and PancakeSwap (for token launches and trading). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what is strictly necessary for the site and wallet connection to function correctly.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of off-chain records associated with your wallet address (such as watchlist entries or cached display data) by contacting us. We cannot delete or alter any data already recorded on the blockchain, as it is immutable by design.

7. Children's Privacy

Coined.fun is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
